- Our Coastal Range offers a wide variety of floor plans and designs. We can build the home directly from your plans and customise it to your specifications. We ensure that your new home will be of outstanding quality and exceptional value for your money. The complete package gives you close control of your budget.
- Our architectural range of designs introduces a brand-new range of distinctive homes. They are low-maintenance homes that provide security and shelter at a competitive price. You can choose a range of two-to-five-bedroom homes. They each have a garage with internal access to the house.
- Our specification list guides you through everything included in our services and lays out the details of appliances, flooring, and fixtures. Here are a few of the things we have in our specifications:
- Parmco stainless steel dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, and rangehood are all included. Our package includes smoke detectors, downlights, TV and telephone outlets, and even heated towel rails.
- We lay vinyl or tile in each wet area and provide carpet for the rest of the house. We also offer timber overlay.
- You receive free kitchen design services to create the kitchen of your dreams. We include bench tops, cabinet doors, panels, and drawer fronts with self-closing hinges. Once we add the stainless steel sink and Laska Neu kitchen mixer, you’ll be ready to throw on the apron.
